Dining

We provide food service at three different locations on-site:

• Our open air main dining room is just steps away from the water. The restaurant is open year round with a menu that features the best of Caribbean seafood, Belizean and European dishes.
• Our Butterflies Coffee Shop, open in season, is a place to get an early Latte, submarine sandwiches with bread from our bakery, locally made ice-cream or fresh local products.
• Our small Palapa is where we serve beach barbecues from time to time. You can also order a snack at the Tiki Bar if you don't want to leave the pool area.

Swimming

Beach loungers and hammocks are set up along our 700 feet of beach front, where you can relax, read a book and enjoy one of our tasty tropical beverages. With so much beach front and so few people, in the shade or full sun you can find true peace and quiet along our idyllic shores.

Unguided Activities

Take a kayak or catamaran and explore along the beach or set off to False Sittee Point and watch the pelicans and frigate birds nesting in the mangroves and fishing the point.

You can set off on bikes and explore Hopkins Village where you will find local restaurants and bars . Or ride over to the Sittee River and try your hand at birding or spotting iguanas, crocodiles, manatees or dolphins that occasionally swim up river.

Or maybe you will just want to do some beach combing along the 7 miles of uninterrupted beach that runs from nearby False Sittee Point to Hopkins Village.
