This fall and winter we will be having four very special learning vacation weeks for guests who want more from their summer vacation than a beautiful location and exciting adventures

Check out these dates and book early as spaces are limited:

 

 

July 4th to July 11^th- starts our summer season with our Belizean Culture Week - an opportunity to learn more about more about ancient and modern Mayan villages; be exposed to our local Garifuna culture with a visit to the Garifuna museum and the opportunity to learn how to drum and dance the Punta with our local Garifuna dance group.

Also an opportunity to learn how our Creole, Mennonite and Hispanic cultures have shaped the Belize you see today. All this combined with our usual adventure trips to reef and rain forest.

 

 

 

 

 

December 6th - 12th will launch our Nature and the Environment Week

with an exciting combination of trips and lectures that introduce you to Belize's natural environmental heritage. This week will include bird watching by land and river; a snorkel trip to our reef and one of the famous research stations of Belize.

Our week will also include a visit to our world renown Belize Zoo where you can see all the native animals of Belize; a hike in to the worlds only Jaguar Preserve: and a visit that combines the opportunity to explore Mayan caves with a visit to a modern Mayan village in the southern part of our country.

 

 

 

 

October 3rd - 10th  will be the dates for this year's Yoga Retreat

 

 

 

This  will combine morning and afternoon Yoga and meditation with some of the most interesting adventure trips to the reef, rain forest and Mayan sites of Belize.

 

 

 

November 1st - 7th will be Belizea and Caribbean Cooking eek

A great week that combines the wonderful natural environment of Belize with adventure trips, and an afternoon cooking school that will see that you take home exciting new recipes to delight guests this winter. Learn how to make Belizean Jerk Chicken wings, Belizean Rice and Beans, Ceviche and special Garifuna soups and entrees.
