Tour Itinerary

Belize's Jaguar Preserve is an ideal place to explore by kayak! Drift silently down this tropical waterway spotting for exotic plants and wild life as we continue downstream navigating pools of water filled with fish. Over 300 varieties of birds and dozens of animal species are protected within the park's 100,000 acre border.

After a leisurely lunch your adventure will continue down the South Stann Creek and this time you will make your way through a series of small but fast moving rapids. Once in the lowlands the tropical forest gives way to Citrus and Banana plantations which are the heart of Southern Belize's economy. It is here that we leave the river and make our way by road back to Maya Center where you will be transferred back to the Lodge.

Tours provided by Jaguar Reef and our affiliated suppliers.
